Can I qualify for multiple gifts?

No, the promotion is limited to one gift per loan application, even if multiple applicants are involved.

Terms & Conditions

This promotion is valid for applicants who meet the following conditions:

• Promotion Period
  This promotion begins on 01/01/2025 and will continue until withdrawn by Owlfinance. Owlfinance reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Eligibility
  - To qualify for this promotion, applicants must meet the following conditions:
  - The loan application must be for $450,000 or more.
  - The loan must be approved and settled with Owlfinance.
  - The applicant(s) must remain with Owlfinance for a minimum of two (2) years from the loan settlement date.
• Repayment of Gift Value
  If the applicant(s) refinance their loan, sell their property, or terminate the loan for any reason within two (2) years from the settlement date, they will be required to repay $500 or up to the value of the gift to Owlfinance.
• Gift Limitations
  - The promotion is limited to one (1) gift per applicant, regardless of the number of applicants on the loan.
  - Each individual or household is eligible to claim this promotion only once.
  - Multiple claims by the same individual or household will not be honoured.
  - Gift options (Meta Quest S3, Smart TV, Home Security System, Dyson Vacuum, or Bose Headphones) are subject to availability at the time of settlement.
• Combination with Other Offers
  This promotion can be combined with other lender offers.
• Delivery of Gifts
